Join us for an intimate evening of seasonal courses, rare library pours, and stories from Harvest 2026, shared by our very own winemaker, Morgan White. From the first pour to the final course, it’s a chance to slow down, savor the season, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the vintage taking shape right here at Amaterra. It’s Fall Y’all, and our new seasonal menu agrees! Check out our Swede Hill Meatballs, now with cured chayote squash and crispy sunchokes, anchored in a white wine leek cream. Red currant as always. The best wine to pair with these is our 2022 Hirschy Pinot Noir, for a classic Oregon taste that brings you straight into autumn. Amaterra in Lake O! We had a blast at the @thelakeshoreinn for the Lake Oswego Wine Walk. Our day was filled with great wines, s’mores, mini golf activities, sun and friendly faces. Thank you so much to The Lakeshore for having us and for all of you wine lovers for stopping by! We love being able to bring our bottles out of the tasting room and into the community. In line with the changing of the season, we wanted to create a cozy and classic lineup to sip on: -2024 Willamette Valley Chardonnay (think lemon custard, vanilla, and buttered popcorn). -2024 Stark Chardonnay, an ode to the Chehalem Mountains AVA with a pop of citrus. -2023 Ribbon Ridge Pinot Noir, a classic Oregon Pinot with a pleasant spiced cherry vibe. -2021 Petit Verdot, IYKYK, our Seven Hills Vineyard hidden gem. It’s giving Autumn! Our dessert menu just got a seasonal makeover. While the Sweet Corn Brûlée is only here as a special (and you don’t want to miss it, get it while you can!), the others are here to enjoy all season. Our pastry team loves a creative challenge, and this fall, we really wanted to put out new twists and ideas on our classic desserts.
